In Earning Rule, you can enable/disable customers to earn credits and set credits for each rule, which are 

i. Registration Rule

ii. Subscription Rule

iii. Credit on Order(s) Rule

iv. Birthday Credits Rule

v. Monthly Credits Rule

vi. Product Review Credits Rule

vii. Credits on Specific Products Rule


Go to GET STARTED -> Manager Settings  OR

Sidebar Menu -> Settings


Click on "VIEW" in the block "Reward/Credit Settings".


Click on "Earning Rule" tab, page will open as shown below 


i. Registration Rule

  • By enabling registration rule, customers will get credits on their successful registration.
  • one time credit allocation for a customer.

ii. Subscription Rule    

  • By enabling subscription rule, customers will get credits on subscription of your store.
  • one time credit allocation for a customer.


iii. Credit on Order(s) Rule

  • By enabling Order(s) rule, customers will get credits on their orders.
  • you can set credits for each order
  • you can set fixed credits or percentage of credits on cart value.


    Ex: percentage(%) : for order number X, entered 20 credits, type is percentage and if cart value is                                         400. Then customer will receive 80 credits.

         Fixed                : for order number Y, entered 20 credits, type is fixed and if cart value is 400.                                            Then customer will receive 20credits.

iv. Birthday Credits Rule

  • By enabling Birthday credit rule, customers will get credits on their birthday as gift.
  • Customers get these credits yearly once according to their profile date of birth.
  • you can set expiring days for these credits, if customer didn't use these credits within these days, credits will expire.


v. Monthly Credits Rule

  • By enabling Monthly Credit rule, customers will get credits in every month.
  • Set a date in a month so that customers will get credits on that date.
  • If you check every month, then customer will get monthly credits on every month on the starting date.
  • And monthly credits will expire in 30 days


vi. Product Review Credits Rule

  • By enabling Product Review Credit rule, customers will get credits by writing reviews to the products.
  • Set credit limitation so that customers will get credits only up to  that credit limit value. And can set no credit limitation for customers.
  • Set time limit for customers to receive credits in that time.



vii. Credits on Specific Products Rule

  • By enabling Specific Products Credit rule, customers will get credits by purchasing that specific products.
  • Enter tag name of the specific products to apply credit rule on that products
  • set fixed credits or percentage credits of cart value



After setting all the earning credit rules, SAVE your settings to apply credit rules to the customers.
