What is General Settings in Rewards/Credit Settings ? Print

In Rewards/Credit settings General Settings

1. Enable/Disable Store Credit for customers

2. Enable/Disable display earn, spent credit rules on customer dashboard

3. Enable/Disable auto install credits drop down so that customers can use their credits

Go to GET STARTED -> Manager Settings OR

Sidebar Menu -> Settings

Click on "VIEW" in the block "Rewards/Credit Settings"

Click on "VIEW" button in Reward/Credit Settings block opens the page which is shown as below

In General Settings

1. To enable/disable store credit feature on your store, click switch on/off

2. To display credit rules on customer dashboard, enable the rule

3. Enable this rule to allow customers to use their earned credits.

4. Click SAVE button to apply settings

After enable the credits rules to display on customer dashboard, customers able to find their credit rules as below.
